Important Information

  • You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Once we receive your return, refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • To obtain the return address, please contact us first.


How to Request a Return

You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

To begin the return process, email us at nadyxofficial@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide the return form, instructions, and return address.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


Damaged or Incorrect Package?

If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong items:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged package and its contents.

  2. Email them to nadyxofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package, including your order number.

Unfortunately, claims made after this 24-hour window cannot be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 14 business days.
