Once we receive your return, refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed.

How to Request a Return
You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
To begin the return process, email us at nadyxofficial@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide the return form, instructions, and return address.
Return Shipping Costs

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Package?
If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong items:

Take clear photos of the damaged package and its contents.

Email them to nadyxofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package, including your order number.
Unfortunately, claims made after this 24-hour window cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

You will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 14 business days.
